Kendrick Henson

Kendrick Henson is the founder of Henson Consulting, an entrepreneur, husband, father, and owner of multiple businesses.

After more than six years working in digital marketing, lead generation, sales, and business systems, he saw the same problem repeatedly: strong business owners were being held back by gaps in marketing, follow-up, and execution, not by the quality of the service they provided.

Henson Consulting was built to help solve that problem.

Home-service businesses are a particular focus because many of these companies are run by owners who know their trade, work hard, and take care of their customers, but were never supposed to become experts in advertising, CRMs, automation, attribution, and digital sales systems at the same time.

Kendrick believes the skills God gave him in marketing, strategy, sales and systems are meant to be used to help other people win. Faith and family come first, and the same standard carries into the work: do what you said you would do, tell the owner the truth about the numbers, and build something that outlasts the engagement.

He cares about the underdog, about long-term relationships, and about helping good operators build stronger businesses. The goal is not to be another vendor sitting on the outside of the business. It is to understand the owner, understand the numbers, find the gaps, and build the systems they may not have the time or skill set to build themselves.

Henson Consulting is intentionally being built lean and hands-on so clients have a real growth partner who understands the business, understands the numbers, and cares about the outcome, not an agency sending reports.
